Reclamation System of Reusable Water from Waste Water

1. Purpose

The system is designed and engineered for treating and recycling the wastewater of kitchen mainly for the flushing water of lavatories to reduce the cost of new water supply. In these years, the consumption of water has been rapidly increasing, resulting in the rising of cost of new water supply. Therefore, in case of hotels and large scale office buildings with restaurants, it must be considered good for reducing the cost of new water supply to treat and recycle the wastewater such as the hand and face washing water, blow down of cooling tower, drainage of kitchen and rain water, etc. Even though the drainage of kitchen is rather hard to treat among other kind of wastewater from the technical point of view. However, the quantity of the drainage is sufficient enough for the supply of flushing water, further, it is unnecessary to install new piping lines and pumps for collecting the drainage. Therefore, it must be recommended to treat and recycle the drainage by using our wastewater recycling system.

2. Performance

The performance of reuse treatment with biochemical treatment
BOD (soluble type) removal rate: 95-98%
Suspended solid removal rate: 85-95%
Vegetable oil and fat removal rate: 90-99%

3. Characteristics

Our wastewater recycling system has mainly two portion of processing, the one, PUMCLONE, air floatater, the other, aerobic biochemical processor. Being treated by means of PUMCLONE prior to the processing of aerobic biochemical processor, small molecular compounds such as alcohol, acetic acid, etc. contained in the drainage which can not be removed by membrane filtrate (Uf, RO), can be removed easily and efficiently.
