1. Purpose

Filtration aimed at solid-liquid separation has been utilized for the liquid-waste treatment for a long time. For the coagulating sedimentation and rapid filtration equipment, a precision filter is used when the effluent standard can not be satisfied.

2. Construction and principle

A simple construction with multiple filter elements suspended from a liquid recovery tube in the filter tank, enabling automatic operation of (liquid filling, precoating, filtration, residual return, and cake dehydration, removal and discharging). The dehydrated cake is peeled off by expanding the filter cloth instantaneously with back wash air forcibly fed individually through liquid recovery tubes.
