1. Purpose

The sand-free type fluidizing furnace is intended to incinerate the organic sludge at high efficiency by using the dried granular sludge itself as fluidizing media without any special fluidizing media such as sand, etc.
The dried sludge is supplied pneumatically to the bottom part of the fluidizing furnace through piping by using a part of combustion air, and is then fluidized and incinerated by the fluidizing combustion air.
The system is prepared with the cyclone type combustion furnace to rise the temperature of fluidizing furnace, however, it is designed to be attachable/ detachable, and can be re-constructed to the melting system by replacing it with the cyclone type melting furnace.
It is readily execute the multi-stage combustion control for reduced NOx,as it is possible to use the combustion air (to the fluidizing furnace), for pneumatic feed of dried sludge in addition to fluidizing air, and to supply it to the cyclone combustion furnace and fluidizing furnace main unit.

3. Features

It is possible to perform the electric-saving operation, as it is not necessary to arrange the high-pressure fluidizing blower (used for fluidizing of sand).
It is possible to ensure the reduced NOx by multi-stage combustion.
Since the system ensures high-load combustion, the incineration furnace is compact, and thus providing limited heat radiation and high heat efficiency.
It is readily possible to re-construct the system to the melting furnace, and to plan it commonly for incineration furnace and melting furnace.
