1. Outline

The system removes hazardous acid gases, dioxins heavy metal particles and particulates generated by urban refuse incinerators industrial waste incinerators, melting furnaces. We provide solutions for all kinds of client requirement.

2. Characteristics

1) The system consists of a total vaporization cooling tower that quenches hot gas by means of a water spray, a chemical injection system and a bag filter.
2) The system complies with Japanese government regulations, and eliminates fly ash and hazardous gases that contains dioxins.
3) Existing systems can be easily modified to utilize the new system equipment with an additional gas cooler.

3. Dioxin removal system

1) Water spray system
Plants that release the hazardous gases to atmosphere, can be economically upgraded using combination of the total vaporization cooling tower and the chemical injection system, as illustrated below.
