1. Purpose

The SBS series meets requirements for a compact design and easy maintenance in a scrubber used for processing exhaust gases that contain dust, which can become the cause of blockages.

2. Features

3. Performance and Capacity

Performance: General gases such as HCl, etc. ≥80%

4. Principle

Bubbling and wiping of the scrubbing liquid on top of perforated plate (cross shaped holes) is generated through pressure from the exhaust gas. Thus, mixing of the gas liquid takes place, toxic gas is absorbed and dust is collected on impact with the liquid.

Processing of general toxic gases containing dust that would cause blockages in a packed scrubber.
Processing of gases containing dust in the production processes of semiconductors.
