Separation & Reuse

(1) To reduce energy consumption on producing process by recycling waste heat.

-Air compressor waste heat recycling

-Autoclave exhaust steam heat recovery system

-Waste heat use by waste heat boiler for refuse incinerator

-Waste heat use of steam drain for purified water supply

-Kiln waste heat recovery

-Cooling of cooling water for production facility use using industrial-use water

-Change in solvent heating method in production facilities (electricity -> steam)

-Energy saving by heating of conveyed air

(2) To use waste heat for air-conditioning

-Fuel reduction by switching heat source in LPG gasification

-Use of furnace room ambient atmosphere as winter heating heat source for general air conditioning

-Heat recovery of air conditioning exhaust in clean room

-Installation of pressure-proof boiler waste heat recovery system

-Replacement by 100 deg.C high-temperature drainage recovery system for heating

-Shutdown of refrigerator for winter cooling and alternative use of cooling tower cooling water

-Use of waste heat from the turbo refrigerator cooling tower for air-conditioning of the clean room in the semiconductor manufacturing process

-Energy saving by changing furnace casing heat exhaust method

(3) To recycle water discharged in production process, such as cooling water and processing water.

-Recovery and reuse of indirect cooling water

-The reuse of overflow water from a cooling tower (OGT Database)

-Chromic acid effluent recycling (deionizer)

-Rinse water reuse by process effluent recycling

-Purification and reuse of cleansing agent
